In BusinessObjects Enterprise (BOE) XI 3.1 when try to login to Designer and Desktop Intelligence tool it gives an error "Your repository needs to be updated to support BusinessObjects products. Please contact your desktop intelligence administrator (Error: USR 00031)".
When clicked on 'details', receives an error: "[repo_proxy 13] SessionFacade::openSessionLogon with user info has failed. Connecting to old CMS".
