1315027 - Web Intelligence Report Server hangs on recycle

Symptom

  • WebIntelligence service becomes unresponsive and hangs when it tries to recycle the process
  • WIReportServer.exe process does not terminate & WebIntelligence is not responsive ie. can't view/create reports
  • Windows Event Logs show:
    • "Server Intelligence Agent: server BOBJServer.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer stopped unexpectedly."
    • "Server Intelligence Agent: server BOBJServer.WebIntelligenceProcessingServer stopped with exit code = 0 (0x0)"
