1317914 - When mapping in or removing groups/roles from Active Directory (AD), SAP, or LDAP the users are not being added or deleted in a clustered Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x system

Symptom

  • When a group / role is added in the Active Directory (AD), SAP, or LDAP plugin the users do not show up in the Central Management Console (CMC)
  • When a group / role is removed from the AD, SAP, or LDAP plugin users are still left in the CMC 
    • Note: Users only belong to the everyone group after group removal.
  • Users can be added manually
  • Users can login and will then appear in the CMC in the correct group
