Viewing a deski report with prompts in the pdf viewer with refresh on open causes error at view time. As the LOV prompt appears, so does this error:
The Document Instance is no longer available. Please reopen the document. (Error: RFC 00421)(Error: INF)
The error is sporadic and can happen as frequently as 1 out of 4/5 attempts
