1320098 - An error has occurred: Could not initialize Report Engine server. (Error: RWI 00226) whilst opening reports in Infoview XIR3.x

Symptom

  • After deleting a temporary license and adding a permanent license, the Report Application Server terminates at start up
  • In Central Management Console (CMC) all the servers are shown running.
  •  The error 'An error has occurred: Could not initialize Report Engine server. (Error: RWI 00226)' is shown when attempting to run reports
