1320151 - How to reset Administrator account password in BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1

Symptom

DO NOT use this solution for SAP Business Objects BI 4 since it will delete the Administrator account but it will NOT be recreated by the CMS. You will end up with a system without the default Administrator account! For this version, follow the steps indicated in the KBA 1679970 attached in the References section.
