1320510 - LDAP authentication with mutual SSL is not working for Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x on WebSphere

• LDAP authentication with SSL is not working for InfoView, Central Management Console or client tools. The errors commonly seen are:
  • InfoView / Central Management Console (CMC) error:
    • "Account Information Not Recognized: The secLdap plugin failed to connect to the specified hosts. (FWB 00028)"
  • Desktop Intelligence error:
    • "Cannot access the repository (USR0013) [repo_proxy 13] SessionFacade::openSessionLogon with user info has failed(Security plugin error: Failed to set parameters on plugin. (hr=#0x80042a01)"
  • WebSphere errors:
    • "The keystore located at "/xxx/BusObj/xxx/cacerts" failed to load due to the following error: DerInputStream.getLength(): lengthTag=109, too big.."
    • "The keystore located at "/xxx/BusObj/xxx/xxx/cacerts" failed to load due to the following error: Keystore was tampered with, or password was incorrect."
• LDAP browser configuration with SSL and the same certificates works
