1322400 - Impossible to modify a desktop intelligence report from Infoview in XI products, java windows appears and closes immediatly

Symptom

  • Can't connect to Desktop Intelligence in 3-tier mode
  • When clicking on modify on a Desktop Intelligence report from infoview, a quick window appear and disappear immediatly. Nothing else occurs.
  • No error messages just the Java windows opening and closing straight away
