• When trying to access Infoview SSO ( in this case Vintela ) users receive the Error: Active Directory Authentication failed to log you on. Please contact your system administrator to make sure you are a member of a valid mapped group and try again.
• In 3.1 they may only receive the manual logon page
• Manual logins may also generate a Java.Lang.NUllpointer error
