1323140 - An extra carriage return displays unexpectedly within a record in preview mode of Xcelsius 2008

An extra carriage return displays in preview mode if there is one carriage return inserted within a record in XML file 

1.  Prepare a XML file which contains a carriage return within a record.
    For example:
    <row>
     <col1>Customer
     Name</col1>
     <col2>.1231</col2>
     <col3>.1301</col3>
     <col4>.1264</col4>
     <col5>.1225</col5>
     <col6>.1199</col6>
     <col7>.1187</col7>
     <col8>.1199</col8>
     </row>
    <row>
2. Start Excel.
3. Import a xml file by clicking Data > XML > XML Source.
4. In XML Source window, click XML maps.
5. In XML maps dialog box, click Add.
6. In Select XML Source dialog box, specify a xml file and then click Open.
7. Confirm the XML map is added in XML maps dialog box and click OK.
8. Drag the elements in XML Source window to Excel's worksheet and click Data > XML > Refresh XML Data.
9. Save the Excel file.
10. Start Xcelsius.
11. Import the saved Excel file by clicking Data > Import .
12. In Open dialog box, specify the saved Excel file and then click Open, confirm the Excel file's data is displayed on the Spreadsheet .
13. In Components, select Category > Selectors > Spreadsheet Table and drag Spreadsheet Table to Canvas.
14. Import the XML map by clicking Data > Connections.
15. In Data Manager window, click Add > Excel XML Maps.
16. Confirm the XML is added in Data Manager window and in tag Usage, select option Refresh On Load, click Close.
17. Double click Spreadsheet Table in Canvas, in Spreadsheet Table1 > Display Data, click the cell selector button adjacent to the Display Data box to select the range of data that is displayed on the Spreadsheet.
18. Increase the height of the row which has one carriage return inserted so that the whole record can be displayed.
19. Click Preview and notice one carriage return becomes two carriage returns within the record.
