1324655 - Error: "Java class not found ... (WIS 10901)" when refreshing a document in Webi Rich Client

Symptom

  • Refresh a Web Intelligence report using the Web Intelligence Rich Client in 2-Tier mode and receive an error.
  • Error: 'A database error occurred.  The Database error text is: (CS) "Java Class not found in classpath: <Java Class Name>". (WIS 10901)'
  • Example when using the Oracle JDBC driver: 'A database error occurred.  The Database error text is: (CS) "Java Class not found in classpath: oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver". (WIS 10901)'
