• When attempting to promote content from a source Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) XI 3.x environment to a destination BOE XI 3.x environment, the Import Wizard is failing on the "Users and groups" dialog.
• Error Message is: "Failed while trying to obtain the connection provider object for system SYSTEM-NAME. Unknown entitlement system SYSTEM-NAME. Logon cannot proceed."
