1326692 - Error: " Cannot support ArrayType input parameters" while creating a new report in Crystal Reports Designer.

• Not able to connect to Web Service when input value is an array.
• An error message "error Cannot support ArrayType input parameters in CR" when input value is an array while creating the report.

Crystal Reports XI Release 2

1. Launch Crystal Reports.
2. Select XML in Database Expert.
3. Select  Use Web Service Data Source option and click on Next button.
4. Insert the URL.
5. Insert Services, Ports and Methods information.
6. Click on Finish button.

When making a SOAP request, the message body cannot contain ArrayType array elements.

Avoide useing ArrayType input Parameters.

On page no 154 of Release notes attached in reference explains the error.
