1327603 - Gridlines disappear in Excel sheet exported from Desktop Intelligence when converting to a pivot table

Symptom

  • After upgrading from XIR2 SP4, exporting to excel on certain reports the guidelines are not appearing when converting the resulting table to a pivot table in Excel.
  • The table in the Excel file has gridlines and appears normal
  • Only in converting the table to a pivot table in Excel do the gridlines not show up
  • Exporting from XIR2 SP4, (also from FP 4.1 and FP 4.2) the gridlines do appear when converting to a pivot table
  • All other XIR2 and XI 3 versions the gridlines are white in the pivot table
