1328051 - Sum with nofilter() displays an empty block when sections and filters applied on a variable with no data for a particular table in a Desktop Intelligence or Web Intelligence report

• Desktop Intelligence report displays an empty block when applying the nofilter() function when sections and filters are applied on a variable with no data
• It is expected that the nofilter() function would cause the section filters to be removed and display the total Sum of the report's data instead of no data
• Issue also exists for Web Intelligence reports
