Symptom

  • Users are unable to make any changes and save them in InfoView preferences.
  • Error 'An error has occurred: Sorry, you do not have the right to 'Edit objects' (ID: 6) for 'username' ID: 3855). Please contact your administrator if you require this right.'
  • Administrator is able to make changes in InfoView preferences and save them.
