1328594 - Cannot drill on webi reports which have accented characters when using Jakarta connector between IIS and Tomcat

Symptom

  • Webi report contains drop down filters for 'Customer Name' or 'Sales Rep Name'. Those fields may contanin accented characters, like those in Spanish or German language.
  • When drill attempts is made on those filters and it happens to have accented character - report just goes to original page, not drilling.
  • This issue happens only when user access Infoview thru IIS/Tomcat connector, doesn't happen in IIS or Tomcat.
