1328995 - New AD User when added appear as User of AD Group in CMC but the Group name does not appear in User's "Member of" list.

Symptom

  • User when added to Business Objects Enterprise they appear as User of AD Group but in User’s "Member of" the group doesn't appear.
  • The user cannot see the Group specific Folder when he logs on.
  • User does not get updated even after clicking Update button for AD Authentication in CMC as well.
  • The user got updated after 2 days.
