1329649 - Information Space's scheduling date changes when using time arrows to change time in BusinessObjects Explorer XI 3.x

Symptom

Changing the time (hours or minutes) by clicking on the arrows will also decrease the date by 1 day when entering the scheduling date and time in an Information Space

e.g. Having a schedule of 14/04/2009 8.01 am decrease the time by 1 minute using the arrow and it'll end up with 13/04/2009 8.00am i.e. 1 day and 1 minute
