1330106 - After configuring java AD ( kerberos ) with XIR2 - XI 3.x users from other domains cannot login without entering their FQDN in all CAPS

Symptom

  • users from the default domain can login fine
  • users in any other domain cannot login with their username
  • users in any other domain cannot login with their domain\username either
  • users in any other domain can login with username@DOMAIN.COM (where DOMAIN.COM is any FQDN other than the default domain in the CMC and krb5.ini)
  • users in any other domain cannot login with username@domain.com (where domain.com is in lower case)
