1330476 - XI 3.1 WIReportServer hangs on dual core machine

Symptom

  • The WebIntelligence Server hangs and stops responding on a multiprocessor machine
  • When refreshing a report interactively one of the following errors is returned:
Error: "An internal error occurred while calling the 'opendocumentMDP' API. (Error : 30270)"
or
Error: "An internal error occurred while calling the 'processingDPcommands' API. (Error : 30270)"
  • Restarting the WIReportServer will temporarily resolve this issue.
