1331542 - "File error: data may have been lost" when scheduling the Desktop Intelligence Reports in xls format from InfoView in BusinessObjects Enterprise XI R2 SP4

Symptom

  • Migrated Desktop Intelligence Reports(Deski) containing crosstab with two dimensions, produce wrong instances when scheduled from InfoView with an error: 'File error: data may have been lost’
  • Deski reports have been migrated from BusinessObjects 6.1 to BusinessObjects XI R2 SP4
  • Issue occur when it is scheduled to Excel format.
