1331686 - CRProcessingServer does not start child process - [RCIRAS0603]

Symptom

BOXI 3.1 FP 1.2 / Unix AIX 5.3 

The following error occurs when trying to view a Crystal Report in InfoView.  "An error occurred while creating a subprocess in the processing server. [RCIRAS0603]"

While starting the CRProcessingServer from the CMC, it shows as started.  However looking at the processes open using 'ps' command, only one process is open (parent process) rather than the 2 you would normally expect (parent & child) with the CRProcessingServer.  The trace below is from the CRProcessingServer print engine trace (-crpetrace 7' log.
