Symptom

  • InfoView session times out after 10 minutes with an error: 'Unable to Initialize the Session Manager'
  • The issue is intermittent and get resolves by restarting the IIS.
  • Error in EventViewer: 'A process serving application pool 'DefaultAppPool' suffered a fatal communication error with the World Wide Web Publishing Service. The process id was '2408'. The data field contains the error number'
