Trying to login into the CMC results in error message:
Creating session manager... Logging onto CMS... err: ERROR
Couldn't logon to CMS (STU00152) err: Error description: The system boxi can be contacted, but there is no Central Management Server running at port 6400.
The "boe_cmsd" process on Unix is using 100%CPU.
Running the script ./cmsdbsetup.sh, causes the "mozjsshell" process to use 100% CPU.
