1332557 - Web Intelligence Rich Client user preferences are not kept

• After setting preferences in the menu Tools > Options of Web Intelligence Rich Client, these preferences are not kept for the next time the user logs in.
• The file My Business Objects Documents\LocData\.WebIRichClient\WebIRichClient.properties is not being written to.
• This happens if the LocData folder is located on a network share which is referenced in the registry by a UNC path like \\networkshare\username\My Business Objects Documents\LocData.
• It is also the case if a system variable like %USER_DOCUMENTS% is used, which points to a UNC path on a network share.
• This is often the case if users are accessing applications through Citrix.
