1334605 - Self Join is missing after migrating or promoting universe in XIR2

Symptom

  • Create a self-restricting join in the universe using the @Variable{'BOUSER') then use the Import Wizard to move the Universe to another environment. 
  • The result is the Self-Join access restriction is missing from the SQL generation.
