1335349 - Font size in the Crystal Report reduces while exporting the report to RTF.

Symptom

Font size in the Crystal Report reduces by 0.5 or 1 point while exporting the report to RTF by using JRC SDK.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Crystal Report.
  2. Export the report to RTF by using JRC SDK.
  3. For some lines in exported RTF file, the font size reduces by 0, 0.5 or 1 tips.

    4. Crystal Reports XI Release 2.

Cause

This is a known behavior and has been tracked with reference Id ADAPT01138739.

Resolution

Install Crystal Report for Eclipse 2.0 Service Pack 1 Jar.
