1335747 - The openDocument function results in a getBlob, getBlobChunk error or blank page when opening a Web Intelligence document

• Using the openDocument function in InfoView to open another document results in a getBlob error:
  • “An internal error occurred while calling 'getBlob' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)”
• Or a getBlobChunk error:
  • “An internal error occurred while calling 'getBlobChunk' API. (Error: ERR_WIS_30270)”
• The parent document refreshes to a blank page when opening child document
• The child document returns a blank browser window
