Symptom
In BusinessObjects Enterprise XI, when attempting to schedule reports to multiple email addresses, the following error message appears if one of the recipient's email inbox is full and exceeded the limit set: "SMTP_E_MAILBOX_UNAVAILABLE_2(550)".
