Symptom

  • The WebIntelligence Reports are failing.
  • Error: "The WebIntelligence server cannot be reached. Contact your Business Objects administrator. (Error: RWI 00236)" 
  • Error: "Cannot initialize Report Engine server (Error: RWI 00226).".
