SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1338513 - Error: 'No such interface supported' while sending a WebI report instance in Excel format.

Symptom

  • Unable to send an excel instance of web intelligence report to a file location or to an email recepient.
  • Nothing happens after selecting the option 'send to file location’.
  • An error is displayed in the left corner on status bar of the Iinternet Explorer. When doulble clicked on error a new window opens with the details message as follows:
