Blank lines entered into the Object Help Text do not show up in WEBI XI. (Show in DESKI, not WEBI). A hard carrriage return (Class = Work Order, subclass = Heater, Object = Work Order, Order Type Code) CONTROL/ENTER added still does not guarantee the blank lines will appear on a consistent basis.
