1339146 - "Syntax error during implicit conversion of VARCHAR value '07/02/2008 12:0:0 vorm' to a DATETIME field" with date object when using Sybase with German locale in Desktop Intelligence

• "Syntax error during implicit conversion of VARCHAR value '07/02/2008 12:0:0 vorm.' to a DATETIME field"
• When running a report on a Sybase database, the date format in the SQL is generated incorrectly if the locale in Desktop Intelligence (Tools > Options) are set to German.
• The date format generated in the SQL is "dd/mm/yyyy hh:m:s vorm." instead of "dd/mm/yyyy hh:m:s am"
• An error is generated when the report is run:
