1339944 - How to delete an unused Node that is listed in the Central Management Console

Symptom

  • You need to remove an unused Node from the Server List in the Central Management Console (CMC), for example:
    • A node from another environment, after migrating, or
    • A node that no longer exists or is non-functional or otherwise unavailable
  • Note: When possible, delete Server Intelligence Agents (SIAs) from the Central Configuration Manager, allowing them to unregister from the cluster.  These instructions apply when that process is not possible.
