Symptom

  • The Central Management Server (CMS) crashes
  • Windows Event Viewer shows errors saying the CMS has stopped because it has restarted 5 times in 60 minutes

  • The last line of the CMS logs will show:

    assert failure: (.\Aggregation.cpp:1575). (k !=
    aliasToUser.end() : Unknown alias returned from authplugin's GetAttributes().
