The Diagnostic tool tests fail on the Web intelligence and Crystal Reports Tier.

1) Install Crystal Report Server 2008 V0 on the Windows 2003 server and Crystal Report designer is not installed on this server

2) Open the Diagnostic Tool.

3) Go to Tests >> Run All Tests in Diagnostic Tool.

4) Web Intelligence Tier and Crystal Report Tier tests fail.

Crystal reports desginer is not Installed and WebIntelligence is not Included in CR server

1) Web Intelligence Tier test shows fail when All the Tests are run in the Diagnostic Tool. In any of the Crystal Report Server product Web Intelligence application is not installed.

During it's testing tool tries to create Web Intelligence Report since the Web Intelligence application and universe desginer  is not installed it will not be able to pass Web Intelligence Tier test.

2) When Crystal Report designer is not installed on the same machine where Crystal Report Server is installed, Crystal Report Tier test will fail.

In this test also tool will not be able to create report due to which Crystal Report Tier test will fail.
