1340590 - Error: "No suitable driver found ... (WIS 10901)" when refreshing a document in WebI Rich Client

Symptom

  • Refresh a Web Intelligence report using the Web Intelligence Rich Client in 2-Tier mode and get an error message.
  • Error 'A database error occurred.  The Database error text is: No suitable driver found for <connection sting format/place holder> (WIS 10901)' 
  • Example when using the Oracle JDBC driver:  'A database error occurred.  The Database error text is: No suitable driver found for jdbc:oracle:thin:@host:port:sid (WIS 10901)'
