SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

1340975 - Xcelsius Dashboard shows : Unable to reconnect to the CMS. The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002) after 20 minutes

Symptom

  • The following error appears when the dashboard stays idle for 15-20 min:
    "soapenv:Server.generalException: Unable to reconnect to the CMS. The session has been logged off or has expired. (FWM 01002)"
  • Modified the web.xml and the dsws.properties file to time out after one hour then restarted the application servers but still have the same problem.
  • Additionally, following message can also be seen :"Dashboard builder has encountered a problem and can not complete the requested action"
