1342448 - Error: "An error has occurred:Unspecified error when sending a Web Intelligence Report to an Inbox"

Symptom

  • When sending a report to another user's Inbox you receive the error "An error has occurred:Unspecified error" immediately after select the destination type (BusinessObjects Inbox, FTP, etc...)
  • Central Management Server system database has been copied using the CMS DB Copy function of the Central Management Console from XIr2 to XI 3.1.
  • Issue only occurs when sending Web Intelligence Report's through InfoView.
  • Issue does not occur if you are sending the reports to a destination using a job server
