1343013 - Unable to print the reports using HP Laser Jet 4250 laser printer in crystal reports.

While trying to print reports using HP Laser Jet 4250 laser printer.

Error: Unhandled exception at 0x00d5b92c in crw32.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation reading location 0x0000004c. First-chance exception at 0x00d5b92c in crw32.exe:

Access violation reading location 0x0000004c.Workstation is Windows Vista SP1 with all security updates.

If the printer is in the shared network and when we add this printer to local machine then some times the reports may not be printed .

Steps to resolve the issue:

1.Disconnect the user machine from the network where the printer is added.

2.Log in as Administrator to the machine where the printers are present.

3.Re-install the printer drivers for the specific  printer where it is unable to print the reports.

4.After installing the drivers, try to reconnect the user machine where the printers are available.

5.Open crystal reports and try to print the reports now, it will work.
