Symptom
SAP users are imported in the SYSTEM~CLIENT/USERNAME format and AD users are imported in the USERNAME format.
Example: Users are imported as SAP User as in Format ABC~300/USERA AD User as USERA
In CMS Trace's:

CSecPluginMgr::UserReloadThread::AddAliases: Create user object id=0, name=ABC~300/USERA
CSecPluginMgr::UserReloadThread::AddAliases: Created and inserted new user ABC~300/USERA to newUserSet.
