SAP Knowledge Base Article - PreviewSymptom
In Crystal Reports 2008 with the ITK, when I click on the SAP tool bar and it invokes the query designer it is opening the old BW3.5x Query Designer.
We have both the the 3.5x and the BI7.0 tools installed on our desktops. I would think that it should open the 7.0 since that is the newer version of the query designer. Maybe only works with the old version.
