At the end of the BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 Fix Pack (any 1.4 or/and 1.5) Installation

The Installer Hangs and cannot be stopped

The installation is finished and all files, WAR files and binaries are updated

NO ERROR MESSAGES
