In a Business Objects Enterprise 3.1 installation, the Apache Tomcat catalina.out log file keeps increasing in size and is repeatedly logging the following message:
Error: org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: The element type "Valve" must be terminated by the matching end-tag "</Valve>"
Note: "<Valve>" can be any valid XML tag value
