1345918 - "Unable to locate CRConfig.xml file" message encountered when using IBM RAD to deploy a custom application using the Crystal Report for Java SDK

Symptom

Error message encountered: "Unable to locate CRConfig.xml file"

Reproducing the Issue

Using IBM RAD to deploy a custom application using Crystal Report for Java SDK
The CRConfig.xml file is being manually imported directly to the WEB-INF\classes directly

Cause

The IBM RAD application will automatically populate the WEB-INF\classes folder every time the project is compiled/built. Therfore, any files imported directly to the WEB-INF\classes folder will be removed every time the project is compiled/built.

Resolution

Import the the CRConfig.xml file to the Java Source folder instead.
