Symptom

  • When logging on to InfoView with an AD user, the following error appears: "An error has occurred: java.lang.NullPointerException"
  • When logging on to CMC with AD user: Internal Error
  • Executing the command kinit HTTP/machine.domain.com the following error appears: KrbException: Server not found in Kerberos database (7) Caused by: KrbException: Identifier doesn't match expected value (906)
  • In the Tomcat log files stdout.log: ERROR com.crystaldecisions.sdk.plugin.authentication.ldap.internal.SecWinADAction  - LoginContext failed. No valid credentials provided (Mechanism level: Server not found in Kerberos database (7))
