1346613 - Red x instead of image when using Crystal Reports 2008 in a .NET 1.1 application

• Red x instead of an image in the report.
• Pasting the image URL into a browser results in the following configuration error:
  "It is an error to use a section registered as allowDefinition='MachineToApplication' beyond application level.  This error can be caused by a virtual directory not being configured as an application in IIS"

This happens because the crystalreportviewers12 is created as a virtual directory instead of an application within IIS.

Change the virtual directory for crystalreportviewers12 into an application.
