1348420 - Trusted authentication using web_session method fails to keep the session alive if the user attempts a second logon with Business Objects Enterprise XI 3.x

Symptom

  • First logon with Trusted Authentication (single sign on) works
  • Browsing away from InfoView and then retrying the InfoView link in the same browser window gives an error:
    • English: Logon denied: Your session is not valid or has expired. 
    • French: Connexion refusée : Votre session n'est pas valide ou est arrivée à expiration. Saisissez vos informations utilisateur, puis cliquez sur Connexion. (Si vous ne disposez pas des informations concernant votre compte, contactez votre administrateur système.)
