1349957 - Load Report Failed error when using Named User Licenses

• VS.NET application connecting to Crystal Reports Server XI R2.
• When the server has Named User License set, the following error is received.

"Load Report Failed. All of your system's 0 Concurrent Access Licenses are in use at this time or your system's license key has expired"

• Crystal Reports Server XI R2
• VS.NET 2005

All Users in the Crystal Reports Server Central Management Server need to be set to Named User.
